About GTG Fitness

Good To Go Fitness started as an idea to help future and current service members prepare for the rigors involved in military training. After seeing firsthand countless Marines and Sailors injured from overtraining, Sarah and Matthew set up a plan to provide adequate training to future and current service members. This idea grew into a business to help serve not only the Richmond area but anyone online who needed more guidance to achieve their goals. Good To Go Fitness is a place for anyone who wants to live a healthier lifestyle, improve performance, and accomplish any task thrown their way. We have experience in military training, weight loss, weight management, special populations, athletic development, and weightlifting.
