Our Motivated Plan is our most inclusive plan! We’ve thought of everything you need to get you started on a healthy fitness journey and to help you stay on that path! Every plan is completely individualized towards your goals. We take your fitness age, training age, goals, previous injuries, and interests all into account when designing your program. Our coaches check-in daily to see if any adjustments need to be made to your workout based on your readiness level. Weekly check-ins before programming the upcoming week aid in insuring accountability and allow adjustments to be made to achieve your goals.
Our Motivated Plan includes:
Daily workout plan. 1-2 days/week are scheduled as either a complete rest day or an active rest day depending on your goals and fitness level
Daily check-in for well-being and readiness level. Daily check-ins make it easier to adjust training intensities and avoid overtraining
Weekly goal check-in
Nutritional guidance and information
Weekly articles, videos, podcasts, or book suggestions based on your goals and interests
Weekly recipe suggestions based on your goals and interests
