Team Training
GTG Teams are virtual online groups that are given workouts specific for the needs of their team. Anyone can join a team and be part of the community. Teams are based on current fitness abilities and we also have specific teams for certain High Schools and businesses. Here you will given expert strength and conditioning workouts that will accelerate your abilities. Athletic coaches may also wish to utilize the expertise of our instructors to have proper exercise prescription for their athletes.
Our Instructors will plan training sessions each week that their team members will complete on their own time. Through the TrainHeroic App, anyone on the team will be able to view, comment , and dive into their workouts via their mobile phone or tablet. Each team allows its members to message the instructor and support their fellow teammates. What is the difference between the teams?
Our Teams are organized on the intensity of the workouts programed for them. Lima is our most intensive team. Bravo is our next level down and is for active people who are able to run and jump. Bravo members usually have been working out in some way for about 6 months. Echo is for people who are untrained and are beginning their journey into a healthier and more active lifestyle. What does a typical day on a Team look like and what will I need?
You will open your TrainHeroic App and see what your trainer has posted for you to do for your workout. As the motivated individual you are you will do those exercises and movements at a time that works for you that day! Train in your neighborhood or at the park or wherever works best that day. After you have completed your workout you can use the app to message your team to motivate them or message your coach for any questions you have.
Do Teams workout everyday?
No. Each team will have 4 workouts each week. Your rest and recovery days will be scheduled to be around those 4 training sessions.
What if I have a question or I don’t know how to do an exercise?
In the TrainHeroic app you will be able to message your fellow team members as well as your Coach anytime. All of the exercises and movements have a video demonstration on it that you can easily click on your phone or tablet.
How is this different than your Personal Online Coaching/Training?
Our Online Personal Coaching/Training is prescription of exercise and training in a virtual 1-1 setting. Personal training and coaching are designed for only you and your specific abilities and needs. Our Team training is more general exercise regiments based off of a general ability level of the entire team.
